Clean Up & Debris Removal — remove all trash, debris, and the improperly installed vapor barrier from the 2,506 sq ft crawlspace and haul away from the home
Vapor Barrier 10 mil — measure on-site and install a new 10-mil vapor barrier over the crawlspace floor (2,506 sq ft), secured with crawlspace staples or wire pins
Condensate Pump — replace the damaged condensate pump (new pump supplied and installed)
Dehumidifier Filter Replacement — replace the filter on the existing E80 dehumidifier; the unit is working and stays
Seal Vents — seal all crawlspace vents from the inside to eliminate outside air from entering

Included Scope — Option 2 · Full 20-Mil Encapsulation

Clean Up & Debris Removal — remove all debris, trash, and the improperly installed vapor barrier from the 2,506 sq ft crawlspace and away from the home
Bora Foam Insulation Board — termite-resistant expanded polystyrene 2.5" board along the crawlspace walls (224 linear ft), with a 2–4" gap from the top for termite inspections
R-19 Insulation — new R-19 batt insulation in the crawlspace perimeter, secured with insulation pins to the joists
20-Mil Vapor Barrier — measure and cut on-site; install over the crawlspace floor (2,506 sq ft) and tape seams, corners, along piers and along walls (liner up 8" on the walls)
Condensate Pump — replace the damaged condensate pump (new pump supplied and installed)

Terms & Conditions

Scope: Crawlspace encapsulation at 1013 Dulcie Ave (2,506 sq ft crawlspace in two sections). Two options are offered — Option 1: clean-up and removal of the improperly installed vapor barrier, new 10-mil vapor barrier, replacement condensate pump, E80 dehumidifier filter replacement, and vent sealing; Option 2: full encapsulation with clean-up, Bora Foam board on the crawlspace walls, R-19 perimeter insulation, taped 20-mil vapor barrier, and replacement condensate pump. Only the option you select applies. The existing dehumidifier is working and stays — it is not being replaced.

Notes: Jobsite will be left clean once completed. Vapor barrier is staked/pinned per manufacturer method.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship.

Validity: valid until September 10, 2026.
